We’ve teamed up with the badge scanner app to allow all exhibitors the ability capture leads digitally by downloading the app onto your smartphone and simply scanning their entry barcode.

As well as recording all contact details provided in the registration form, this app will allow exhibitors to…

• Add a picture to the record

• Record a voice note

• Allocate the product/service of interest to the visitor

• Rank the sales lead

• Add a text note to the lead

• Download sales leads into MS Excel (ready to be imported into your CRM system)

• The provision of contact phone numbers is not a mandatory requirement for visitors (some will provide it / some will not) – as a result exhibitors using data capture are reminded to ask visitors to provide this information.
